Another bright day to begin with. The sun is already shining by the time I get to the track. How nice.
I think I am adapting to the time zone just fine—I am up at 5 am and feeling energetic.

又是一個明亮的早晨。方方來到操場時，太陽已經高掛天空照滿整個場地。真是令人感覺舒服。
我想我已經慢慢調適好時差，今天早上五點鐘就醒來了，而且精神奕奕呢。
