I turned in late last night, so I'm skipping my jog this morning. In return, I could use this time to make up for my foodie post from yesterday.

Last night we went to Din Tai Fung.

I've always had a soft spot for Din Tai Fung. Besides being delicious and offering excellent service, it is one of the few brands from Taiwan that we should all be very proud of.

Do you know Din Tai Fung now has 165+ locations around the world?

It doesn’t matter where you are—Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, New York, Las Vegas, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, London, Singapore, Manila, or even places where pork isn’t commonly consumed, like Dubai or Jakarta—you can always go to Din Tai Fung for xiaolongbao, chicken soup, or spicy shrimp-and-pork wontons.

My favourite dish is the Din Tai Fung House Special—I can finish two dishes myself.

我一直很喜歡鼎泰豐。除了它的食物好吃，服務周到以外，它也是少數可以征服國際的台灣品牌，令人感到與有榮焉。

不論你身處溫哥華、西雅圖、舊金山、紐約、拉斯維加斯賭城、東京、首爾、香港、倫敦、馬尼拉、新加坡，甚至是不吃豬肉的城市像杜拜、雅加達，都可以叫上一籠小籠包，喝個雞湯，或者吃個紅油炒手。

這當中，方方最喜歡的是鼎泰豐的特色招牌小菜，它是一碟由細切海帶、豆乾、冬粉組合的前菜，我一個人可以吃兩份。
